BL Metrics is operated by Studioweby SRL, a company registered in Belgium under number 0716629763 (VAT: BE0716629763). By accessing or using the BL Metrics platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
1. Definitions
“Service” refers to the BL Metrics platform, accessible at https://www.blmetrics.com.
“User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
“We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Studioweby SRL.
2. Access and Accounts
Some features of the Service may be accessible without creating an account. However, access to certain tools and data requires user registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@blmetrics.com.
3. Free and Paid Features
BL Metrics offers both free and paid features. The availability of specific features under free or paid plans may change over time. Paid features are available through a subscription model, which grants access for the duration of the active subscription period (e.g. monthly or yearly). Access to paid features continues as long as the subscription remains active.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or yearly), according to the plan selected by the user.
Payments are securely processed via our merchant of record, Paddle.
Prices and billing intervals are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of tax. Applicable VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout based on your billing information and location.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user account dashboard (if available) or by contacting us at hello@blmetrics.com.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period unless legally required (see below).
5. Refunds
Under EU law, consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services purchased online, provided the service has not been fully used during that time.
If you request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription and you have not fully used the service, we will issue a full refund.
After 14 days, or for renewals, refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted at our discretion.
6. Fair Use and Restrictions
You agree to use the Service only for lawful and appropriate purposes. In particular, you agree not to:
- Scrape, extract, or reproduce large volumes of data from the platform
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our tools or data
- Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of abuse, violation of these terms, or other misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, features, and data available on BL Metrics are the intellectual property of Studioweby SRL or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use our Service for the creation of competing products or commercial resale.
8. Accuracy and Liability Disclaimer
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, the Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any issues, damages, or losses that may result from the use of the Service, including but not limited to pricing errors, business decisions, or other impacts on your BrickLink store or business.
9. Support
Support is provided by email at hello@blmetrics.com. We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee specific response times or resolutions.
10. Commercial Use
You may use BL Metrics as part of your commercial activities, such as managing your BrickLink store. However, you may not sell, republish, or commercially redistribute the data, tools, or content provided by the Service.
11. Referral Program
We may offer a referral program that allows users to earn rewards for referring others. The details, conditions, and eligibility criteria of the referral program are published on the BL Metrics website and may be updated at any time. Referral rewards are typically issued as non-cash credits usable for future purchases. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in an inappropriate or unlawful manner. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@blmetrics.com. Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, hosting disruptions, regulatory changes, or natural disasters.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Liège, Belgium.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
